It's light on the jump scares (though there are some all-time classic ones) and heavy on the sort of emotional character development that you guys appreciate in the better TNG episodes. Of all horror works, I think this could be your jam.

All these other sidelines are going nowhere. Complete the Trek journey faster and then tell the big subscriber count you will have by then what you think about other franchises and films.
