lol yeah, this episode was where a lot of Freezerburn shippers were born. And rightfully so, it's a fun ship. By this point I was too far down the Bumblebee road to get off it, but I appreciate the Weiss/Yang pairing

Each kingdom having an office comprising of reporters from the other kingdoms who go out to cover stories and send stories back to their own kingdoms to keep everyone apprised of current events. As for Oscar's echo-y voice, I think it's just an audio technique used to remind the audience that it's Ozpin talking through Oscar. It doesn't happen often much after this. Also, absolutely love the music buildup as Yang demands to be taken to Ruby. Gives me chills every time.

2025-11-09 12:12:18 +0000 UTCYes, I absolutely ship Ruby with Oscar! He's about a year or so younger than Ruby, but the Ozpin thing does complicate the dynamic. That's a part of why I like it- very "Star Crossed Lovers". Edit: Oh my GOD, I never heard that name for Blake/Pyrrha before! I just called it Animal Magnetism!
