2025-11-04 02:34:42 +0000 UTCI remember in the commentaries, they were laughing to themselves about how Ruby's dad in the opening scene is just a 2D cardboard cutout, because they didn't have a 3D model ready for him yet, hehe. Also, if I'm recalling the story correctly, this episode was revealed at one of the RTX Rooster Teeth conventions, and like the next day a crew of four expert cosplayers showed up dressed as team Indigo, the all girl team that Sun's team (SSSN) fights. Apparently they stayed up all night making the costumes because they loved the team's designs.

The CRWBY put lots of call-outs to him this Volume as he died near the beginning of that year. Vytal (pronounce 'vital'), not Final. :p You know, I'm getting the faint impression you don't trust Cinder, Emerald and Mercury? Can't put my finger on why you feel that way though, you're really subtle on your distrust of them. :p Fun fact! Team NDGO (Indigo) was made from fan OC submission from the top donators from an Indi-Go-Go crowd fundraiser. But hey! Volume 3 kick off! We get introduced to the wider world and their penguin overlords!
