2024-07-04 16:12:28 +0000 UTCComedian Dennis Miller said that "Nick of Time" was one of his favorite episodes or perhaps one of least favorite episodes as it really freaked him out. He told Shatner this on his radio show as Shatner was always trying to get Dennis to come to his horse charity events. Shatner's wife in that episode was played by Patricia Rose Breslin (1925–2011). The actress wife was older that the husband actor. You don't see that much anymore. In 1969, Breslin married NFL mogul Art Modell who owned the Cleveland Browns franchise for 35 years and established the Baltimore Ravens franchise. The "Nightmare at 20,000 Feet" episode was later recreated for 1983's Twilight Zone: The Movie. John Lithgow plays the Shatner part there. On the sitcom 3rd Rock from the Sun, Shatner plays The Big Giant Head and John Lithgow's boss. Apparently there is an episode where John Lithgow's character speaks about what happened in Twilight Zone: The Movie, and Shatner apparently replies that the same thing happened to him too.

2024-07-03 23:52:49 +0000 UTCTwilight Zone episodes for the most part are 24-25 minutes in length. It was only Season 4 where they experimented with hour long episodes. Also, six episodes in season 2 were shot on videotape, instead of film, which is quite jarring.
