As you may know, I really like the hand drawings from Smooth.
At first I had the idea to do this hand drawings by myself... but after I'm pretty bad in drawing the results weren't very satisfying.
But then I got the idea, why not ask Smooth? Her pencil style would be perfect for this book. And generously, she said yes.
Next problem was, I needed a font like people born around 1960 would write. After some search I found this page and fell in love with the font Texas Hero.
It is intended that the text is somewhat difficult to read (at least I find it difficult).
There will be more pages with much more text and some drawings by Smooth. Consider it a sporty task to read the texts.
Sadly, after I got from Smooth the first half the requested images, her brother died. That was very sad and had also an impact on Wonderlamp. I wasn't sure if I'll get the other images in time or I'll ever get them. I started to work out a plan B and C... But luckily I never needed plan B and C, after Smooth delivered in time. ๐
