Corporate Development Memo and Poll! (10/17/21)

Hi all!

I hope people are enjoying the update!  I finally managed to get a little rest the past two days, and feel very refreshed.  I did the whole Claudia experience from 0.5 (the massage stuff, not the fashion show haha!) and a few other things.  I also got to catch up on some other work I had to put off a bit as well.

A few basic things: 

1) I am working on the WT and hope to have it out soon.  (hopefully tomorrow or a day or two later)  It will show all choices, but I am still debating how to show future impact, so I am more likely to leave clues than an outright spoiler what actually happens!)  But regardless, be careful reading any WT if you love playing blind.  (I tend to play any game blind first to get natural story based on my choices, then after try a WT to see more content -- not sure how others play!)

2) I am doing a basic three person poll here as always, but on Tuesday, I may try a specific poll where I place groups and scenarios in place of the two person poll.  So for example, one choice might be the Vipers and a training room situation, or another might be Celeste/Claudia in a school environment bullying Zach/Kane/Seth or something.  Feel free to throw me any ideas if you have any you want to pitch!  (by Tuesday)

3) If you notice, in 0.5, on the dom path Kane must choose a party idea.  So I am debating letting the Patrons try and vote on two possible paths as both will be challenging for me in that I can't go all out in ways I wanted to, but still I think I can do a solid job now after speaking with a very smart dev that is way better than I at this whole game thing!

4) I am starting 0.6 outlining this week, and may get to some renders as well, but not sure yet.  As most who have been with me for a while know, the first two weeks I usually ease in, and then start to speed up again over time.  It's important to make sure the outline is good because it avoids real issues with narrative, etc.  Usually at the end though of this entire process to make an update -- I am a frantic mess, lol!

5) I am going to work on finding a coder to help with a UI/menu too.  Got a promising person already, but definitely want to go over some things and make sure we can pull off certain things, etc.

6) After this post, I am going to update an Android port link for the game.  Keep in mind this has been made by a wonderful person volunteering to help out, so a huge thank you!  I can't test this (iPhone) but I think it's a great option for people to try it on their mobile.  I will post the link in the original pinned post with game update at the top for Patrons in a bit!

Ok, the poll below is just for three person scene, very traditional poll.  The next poll I do will in fact include some specific characters/ideas for a scene.  If that kind of poll doesn't do that great, we can always switch back next month to the two person poll -- I just wanted to try a new idea and see if it works!
