Patreon reward release date update

Starting this month, rewards will be delivered once a month on the 30th.
Previously, I sent them twice to avoid any missed deliveries, but this has caused some confusion—such as duplicate messages and misunderstandings about tier bonuses.
From now on, rewards will be consolidated to the 30th, while new supporters will still receive a welcome message right away.

今月からリワードは 毎月30日に1回のみ お送りいたします。
これまでは受け取り漏れを防ぐため月2回送付しておりましたが、その結果、同じメッセージが届いたり、ティア特典に関する誤解が生じてしまいました。
今後は混乱を避けるため、30日にまとめて送付いたします。ただし、新規サポーターの方にはできるだけ早くウェルカムメッセージをお送りいたします。
