Oda has drawn several color spreads depicting both Luffy and Nami as a King and Queen. Not as a couple mind you.... just with the imagery of a King and Queen.... to which a bunch of fans started speculating that Nami and Luffy will end up together and she will become the.... "Queen of the Pirates" xdddd. I love that we get to see Perona again, she has one of my favorite female character designs. And the whole bit with Brook was hilarious xddd. But it is also interesting to me to see the ways in which this Fantastic world is similar to our real world when it comes to religion. As we always see the real Kuma carrying a Bible, and here in the Harahettania Kingdom we see people performing a Satanic ritual. It makes me wonder if their version of "the Bible" or "Satan" is in any way similar to our own perceptions of them. Yes, Apoo is a member of the Long-Arm tribe/race. The old Vice-Admiral Lady is called Tsuru, and the Pink-haired Marine lady is Hina. Also i really love that they included Jonathan for this gathering montage of Marines... even tho he's a filler character. There has never been any clarification on whether or not Luffy and Ace are actually blood related.... as you probably noticed.... Luffy shares the same surname as his father and Grandfather "Monkey", but Ace's surname is "Portgas".... the only thing they all have in common (that we know of) is the "D" in their names, which is really interesting to think about.
