So with regards the the necklace. Yes they are implying that the knight is some relative of Graf Granat. I am assuming grandfather. As for why Stark has the necklace, you kind of caught it at the end. Granat gave it to Stark to get the guards to listen to him. So nothing really to read into with regards Starks lineage or anything. Now onto the big, stuff. As with so much of this show, theres just so many good things happening here. The animations, the soundtrack, just everything. I have rewatched this episode so much. The flashbacks building the story of how and why Frieren does what she does to deceive Demons. The shift from confidence to fear in Aura. Just so well done. And Frieren telling her to end it just so cold. There were so many memes of that one scene alone. Just perfection imo. Also side note, English voice acting for this show is fire. I prefer the Japanese a bit more, I find Frieren has a slightly different tone in the English. But its still really well done. Definitely recommend giving it a rewatch in English
