"The Tongue in the Title Card looked familiar" i had the same thought when i watched the episode for the first time.... and a couple days later i found out why... Someone on Reddit made the connection.... The mouth and Tongue in the Title Card looked pretty identical to Golb's, the Big Red entity you saw at the end of "Puhoy", also the same entity the Lich mentioned recently... "I'm the Last Scholar of Golb". (I Guess Jake's Bio Dad is also similar but it definitely looks like Golb's mouth more).
