I feel you on the aging thing man, I'm about a year younger than you so turning 39 in a few months myself. So far been lucky to avoid the back issues you've had but I work a desk job as a software engineer which isn't great for that, and my dad has had a really bad back for a long time so there's a family history of that. Honestly you're inspiring me to use a standing desk more which fortunately my work provided. I guess I'll take having more gray hair than you (I was probably grayer than you in my late 20s even) over those back problems.

Im gonna take this opportunity to tell you that... once you finish the show you're gonna go straight to watch the 4 specials called "Distant Lands", and when you do you're gonna watch them in this order (i know telling you the names of the specials count as a minor spoiler but this time it's very important)... 1.- BMO 2.- Obsidian 3.- Wizard City 4.- Together Again If you're watching them in an official platform it's very likely they put "Together Again" before "Wizard City", but the staff of the show already confirmed this... Together Again is intended to be the final of the 4 specials, the reason why the order is messed up is because of some production mishaps due to Covid. And of course, after Distant Lands you can go to Fionna and Cake.
