Right at the end... when the Hologram of Moe appeared and he said he also misses BMO, you can see in the background some of Moe's blueprints as well as a crane in the distance constructing the same figure from the Blueprints. And in case you don't remember Mikey.... that Blueprint has the form of one of the "Sleeping Fire Giants" from the Fire Kingdom, the ones Flame Princess showed Bonnibel in the episode "The Cooler". This basically confirms that the "Fire Giants" were a creation of Moe, Therefore we can also assume that Moe is indirectly responsible for the creation of the Fire Kingdom itself.

Adventure Time unfortunately also suffered the same treatment that Steven Universe got with it's second and third season, but in a bigger scale. Essentially.... After the show finished airing (back in 2018) Cartoon Network artificially inflated the Season count from 9 to 10 by dividing season 7 and 8. If you are watching the show in an official streaming platform it is very likely that it says that Season 7 only has 25 episodes.... but that is incorrect, the first 13 episodes of "season 8" are also part of season 7, which means that the season in reality has 38 episodes in total.... not 25. The same goes for the "official season 8", the real season 8 starts on episode 14 (since the first 13 eps are part of the real season 7) and it ends on episode 14 of "season 9", which means that the Real Season 8 has a total of 28 episodes. Which leaves "Season 10" which is just the original Season 9 of the show but labeled as the tenth after dividing the previous ones. Im informing you this because the creative team behind Adventure Time clearly had a vision in terms of storytelling when it comes to where the seasons end and begin... especially in these last few seasons.
