Sometimes I agree with Benson, but this time he was just being an asshole. It's once in a hundred years, you can't just make them miss that. Plus, what about breaks? Sometimes he forces them to work all day or for far too many hours without a break. Everyone else was eating in front of them so surely it was break time then. If I was Mordecai and/or Rigby, I would've refused to work until I had my burger (I don't agree with how they act in other episodes, but still).
