The smile from Lucci when he hears Luffy's voice is just fantastic. It confirms what was teased all along with him ignoring Chimney earlier. He wanted Luffy to catch up. And yes I agree that the sheep definitely gives Charmy vibes. But then again, Charmy is great so theres nothing wrong with that.

Reindeer don't really make any noises like this as far as I know, they're more grunty (and wayyyy less terrifying - elk sound horrible). There is definitely some overlap in their distribution though so you could hear both out in the woods of the North of North America. Both in the same family though so close enough for anime and it makes for a really cool effect.
