To answer your question.... yes, Root Beer Guy died off-screen. I remember a lot of people getting really angry at Cherry Cream Soda for Marrying Starchy so soon after Root Beer Guy's death... i think it hasn't even been a year since the Darren incident. There's definitely a very insighful conversation to be had about this topic. But not gonna lie.... Starchy became a really big asshole in this episode, doesn't matter if RBG was dead or that CCS was starting to move on.... the way he acted here was very scummy. Yeah... i love this episode too... such a mature and adult topic and so well-delivered so children can understand it.
