Enies Lobby is pretty much just the action-packed climax of Water 7, im really surprised that Toei Animation managed to maintain this good pacing for so long. A little reminder.... The new opening starts on episode 279 (which is completely spoiler free), but since episodes 279 to 284 are all just recaps (with a little something extra at the end of them) i would recommend you to wait until ep 285 to actually react to Opening 7 (im saying this assuming that you're gonna watch episode 279-284 on your own of course). But... there might be some people that want to see your reactions to those end-bits during those recap episodes (they're hilarious), so if you want you could actually react to them by simply starting the reactions of those episodes from the "To be Continued" screen, since those end-bits happen after the "To be Continued". Is up to you of course. If you want to react to the current opening (opening 6 "Brand New World") without being spoiled then you have to wait at minimum... until after you watch episode 278 which is when the big spoiler happens... or until after you watch episode 290 if you want to avoid ALL spoilers. It is also worth mentioning that episodes 291, 292 and 303 are also filler so you can skip them/watch them on your own. And... since it seems Crunchyroll decided to completely skip Opening 8 "Crazy Rainbow" (which is also completely spoiler free) then i think it would be good if you react to it once you finish the Enies Lobby Arc.... Enies Lobby ends on episode 312 so you can watch "Crazy Rainbow" on episode 313. I know it's a lot to keep track off, so good luck figuring it out xddd.

Since you mentioned watching One Piece on your own time, I've actually gotten to do that again myself. Netflix has finally caught up to the arc I left off on, so I've started slowly watching through it when I can. It's almost surreal hearing the dub again after all this time with your reactions. (Also, enjoy that good pacing while you can because boy does that not last.)
