The Third episode dedicated to Jake's pups.... this one focusing on TV, and it was a very interesting story. Out of all the characters in this show that could get a backstory.... i never thought Nurse Poundcake would be one of them xddd. Just another example of how experimental this season is. And yes... we have seen Nurse Pouncake several times before.... the 2 occasions i remember right now are... When she and Dr. Ice Cream performed reconstructive surgery of Bonnie after she was possessed by the Lich (back in the finale of season 2) which made PB reverse back into her pre-teen self for a time. And also in the episode called "Wizards Only Fools", she was taking care of Starchy alongside PB and she mentioned that her Uncle is a practioner of the magical arts... or something along those lines.
