The only Fire Giants I know are from RuneScape. Also, yeah, maybe PB didn't go about things the right way... But the fact that the Fire Kingdom would even CONSIDER blowing up another kingdom just to save their own, kinda takes away their right to judge. They're basically talking about nuking another country and killing everyone just to save their own people, which I would never agree with under any circumstances. It's inexcusable. I wouldn't want to live in a world knowing someone could just decide to do that to me either.

But even if her character is starting to change.... it always bothered me that she went "ok, you can keep one last fire giant" like if she had any say on FP having access to her own Kingdom's Relics, like.... bitch you started all of this, at the very least apologize for making FP destroy her own heritage. It is fitting that you mentioned Elden Ring Mikey, because FP's Song about the Fire Giants and the Fire Kingdom's Origin sounds very similar to the origin story of the Dark Souls World. And by the way.... i like that song a lot, Jessica DiCicco has a very lovely voice. And talking about the Fire Giants, when i first watched the episode i thought at first that they were some kind of ancient beings that were just in a deep slumber.... but the episode quickly reveals that they're actually just machines.... which is interesting to say the least. And yeah.... Just like Bubblegum's real name is Bonnibel.... now you know that FP's real name is Phoebe.

2025-02-14 05:11:34 +0000 UTCthis is a turning point for pb. although she does what she does for a noble reason, to protect her people, she goes about it in very immoral ways like you said. we often forget it, but marceline was an asshole when we first meet her, and in a little tune she sings in that episode, she says “i’m 1000 years old and i just lost track of my moral code”. i think that sentiment can also be attributed to her, she is also very old as we saw in the vault episode
