This can be either intrepretated as either or depending on how you want events to play out!
Perhaps this is a sequel and Nyte is well aware of the alternative, so he's been given a chance to participate on his volition instead of being tied down and forced to swallow every drop!
Orrrrr perhaps this is a prequel and Nyte is NOT aware of the consequences so he ultimately disobeys and refuses which ultimately ends up with him tied down as the "milk" is forced down his throat!
Either way... he's not havin' a good time!
