高校までは柔道の選手でもあった。

高校を卒業後、主に総合格闘技の選手として韓国女子のトップ選手として活躍。

韓国、日本の団体でチャンピオンになり、世界最高峰のアメリカEFCにも参戦。

ベテランの域に入ってきた近年韓国に戻り、次の格闘技のキャリアを模索中である。
