Lot - Sapphire Shore Spa

Here are a couple of info:
No CC.
The lot is obviously Sapphire Shore.
MOO is kept to minimum.
I build with gameplay in mind, not aesthetic, so there is no use of tricks with ALT and shelves to place clutters, as in my experience, they disturb gameplay (like glasses left hidden inside unslotted clutters).
There are 2 Saunas, 3 Massages spots, a Hot Spring, access to the sea, a dinning area.

I placed this yesterday and added a rental house in Sulani as well so that they could vacation and visit this spa. Can't wait to take my sims! Thank you!

I usually like to personalize the lots to suit my style of gameplay, and it takes almost as long to customize those types of builds than it would take for me to build from scratch. π
