GTW - Tweak to the Alien Discovery

GTW tunings are quite messy... so there is this loot that runs basically in every social interaction and gives the chance to discover if a sim is an Alien. There are two, in fact, one if the Alien is the actor, one if the Alien is the target. As far as I can tell, the first one is well tested, and the discovery happens only for undisguised aliens. The other one has no test whatsoever on this... I assume it's because, when they coded it, Maxis did not consider that the played sim can be the target of the interaction and coded it only from the point of view of the TG sim being a NPC, and they wanted to make the discovery painfully easy as usual. Now, I added a test into it, and the discovery should happen ONLY if the Alien is undisguised. Always.
