SE - Outdoorsy and Indoorsy Lifestyles Tweak

You may have noticed that, when you have these two lifestyles, you get the bored moodlet even if your sim has been outside/inside all day...

This because, in order to keep the lifestyles, you sim should engage in campfire, basketball and other interactions that affect the associated commodity... just being outside does nothing. (Same for indoorsy and indoorsy interactions)

Gardening too, does almost nothing... this makes sense because you can garden also inside, but it still bothers me that they get the bored mood even if they've been at it all day, so...

With this mod, just being inside/outside will affect said commodity a bit (if indoorsy sims stay outside too long they get the negative mood, if outdoorsy sims stay too long indoors they get it too), this should give more sense to these two lifestyles.

- tuned down the stat change from the buffs a bit

Another fix to give being actually outside and inside more power (I want this fecking lifestyle to work)
