GTW - Children Call Sick / No Playful Illness

Just to be clear this doesn't stop the gas... It removes the playful sickness called Gas And Giggles

2020-12-18 23:09:05 +0000 UTCI think EA did this. Sims can have BMs now. Just send them to the toilet. There's now a "poop" option that stops the gas. And yes, it is stupid and annoying.

I hate Gas and Giggles. >:( Also, children missing school is handled by an "auto sick loot" that runs a test and automatically makes the child stay home if they meet any tests (which only tests for symptoms and not the illness themselves). I'm not sure why it's not up to the player though, myself, since parents are constantly sending their sick kids to school irl.
