RoM - Perks Cost Way More...

What it means?
I got sick of all the mages feeling the same, so I made the overmax count something, I like to work my ass for things. Since the perks cost a lot more with this mod, they are also free from the tree system, you don't have to follow the order but they're all open. So you can buy the Master Caster without having the ones before.
I had another mod for this, this one is a rework of that, so if you have that one, remove it.
