RoM - Cast Spells Club Rule Tweak

Removed bulgariate spell, added magic duel (makes no sense that it's not there) and practice spellcasting
to modify it further, remove the spells you don't want from here:

by test not passing I mean a test in the interaction (spell) that decides when and how the interaction can be used, this is set by maxis and is different for each one of them. I wouldn't turn on the autonomy for all of them, sims don't have a real AI and things can turn into a shit storm very fast with autonomy

I didn't edit the mod and I have the same problem, my sim is now obsessed with casting scruberoo (I tested it with no other mods, so it's not a conflict). The worst thing is that NPC club members still don't do any autonomous spellcasting, it drives me mad. Is there any way to turn on the autonomy for them?..
