RoM - Useful Wands
Added 2020-08-20 04:22:54 +0000 UTCI'm setting up a new save to actually play the game, because I haven't really played it since November and there are many things I ignore, so I'm not around much lately... This is taking me a lot, since I keep getting distracted doing other stuff... such is my will to play this game (I either mod it, or use it to write, playing it is a rare thing) anyway, I got distracted again by the thought: do wands actually do something for witches? The answer is no... they're purely aesthetic.
Now, technically... a casting device is used to help channelling the energy, either that this energy comes from within the caster or from other sources... the first package of this mod makes it so that, when using a wand, the charge gain is half of the usual (the wand will take some of the energy the caster would accumulate).
The second package doubles the charge gain from spellcasting, because, honestly, witches are overpowered in the game.
