University - No Ghost Walkby
Added 2019-11-21 02:46:49 +0000 UTCI caught him again... I don't know why Maxis keeps adding ghosts situations... anyway, this removes the ghost walkby you can see around the art University... not the ghost stalkers though, I still have to mess around with the secret society

08/29 Some Ghost were escaping my attempt to remove them. I should have removed them all now.

I love ghosts but Maxis sucks at making them as anything but useless and annoying
