University - Holidays Fix
Added 2019-11-20 20:30:21 +0000 UTCSomeone told me holidays don't count with University classes. They should now count.
Tested with LMS Sam mod, doesn't work, even though the game reads the day off Uni as school holidays (cause I added them to the school loot), out of curiosity I opened the mod, and she needs to add the classes by herself in her mod to make them work (I tried to make a bit of tricks to make them work but I can't merge a loot into hers)
The mod works with the default "day off work/school" though.
BTW this mod doesn't remove the restriction on vacation worlds Maxis put in dorms, I didn't and will not mess with that.
You can still send your sims to classes during Holidays (classes seem to work more like afterschool activities than careers)
FIXED WRONG FILE please redownload (the other one was empty)

You should be able to take a day off without consequences now, but you need to do it manually... From my understanding, this is the fix Maxis applied. You can still use this mod, though... I should work also for teens

2020-12-05 20:41:37 +0000 UTCHi Zero, This is not obsolete to me. My sim still have exams on xmas day and classes on other holidays and she autonomously vanishes( super annoying). It's not me sending her to class the game automatically sends her if I am playing with another sim from the house hold :/ Do you think it is related to the fact she is a teen? And EA's fix don't apply to her bc I am cheating skipping high-school? ( This is my guess considering I also don't get the ability to join university organizations when I play as teen) Would love if this mod would be functional for teens / uni / Holidays.

I just came looking for a similar mod. It is a shame that I can't have the day off soccer as well. Thankful for what I can get. I am glad I have found Zero's mods! I wonder if the organization events can be postponed as well in the future.

2019-12-13 01:39:26 +0000 UTCBecause the uni works like the scouts. So it doesn't really have days off, but the holiday function allows them to not be forced to go. On exam day you can still send them to class same way you do with the scouts, though skipping the exam doesn't matter much in my experience, my sim got an A+ just the same.
