Pets - Heat time increased

I was using another one, but it was completely preventing pets from going in heat... so I wanted to be sure this worked as I wanted. I still don't like to remove features, but I play on a very long lifespan and very long seasons.... so a few days is not enough. This makes the time before the next heat 14 days for cats and 21 for dogs. Notice though that the presence of another pet in heat nearby can sent your pet in heat, too.
