Following the Arbiter’s return and her attack on the Side Quest Society Headquarters, Dimani and Qadhmog have managed to locate the Arbiter’s Sanctuary. They dispatch the player characters to uncover her dark origins whilst exploring the sanctuary. Ultimately, the adventurers must decide whether to slay the Arbiter or capture her essence.
