Rework of shader compile pipeline
Changed the ways shaders are compiled, what does it mean?
- Better performance for shaders (probably marginal)
- Shaders now only cause a considerably shorter freezee when enabling them for the first time (up to 1/20 of the time)
- The small stutter will occur every time a new shader or shader combination is enabled, not only the first time.
- Faster load times
