The third holy grail war was the one where Angra Mainyu was summoned. That’s the easiest way to remember it for me.

2026-01-25 03:40:44 +0000 UTCHave they confirmed what classes Gil and Enkidu are in this one? I assume Archer and Lancer... ? Having a death-type Servant as rider doesn't seem that strange -- there's a lot of death associations with horsemen e.g., the Dullahan, the Fourth Horseman of the Apocalypse (who is Death), the Wild Hunt (did we see those in El Melloi Files?) etc.

2026-01-25 00:10:40 +0000 UTCYeah as someone growing up that saw like 5 different varieties of Robin Hood movies that always ended with Richard the Lionheart coming in at the end, this part seemed pretty obvious to me. But I never would have pegged that girl as Hippolyta, Looks nothing like any portrayal I've seen before.

2026-01-24 22:22:49 +0000 UTCYEAH I THOUGHT IT WAS!!! I remember something earlier where it's said that Heracles would *Normally* be summoned as an Archer, but the Einzberns forced the madness enhancement upon him to be more useful as a tool! The avenger aspect *completely* threw me aside since "There's no way Heracles would be an Avenger, and he looks kinda tribal" but MAN that reveal

2026-01-24 21:07:14 +0000 UTCOkay, identity of Saber confirmed: the man Pierre Basile shot was King Richard I of England, the only other English king besides Arthur to have supposedly owned Exalibur, and who also travelled to the middle east and had dealings with Assassins during the crusades.

2026-01-24 19:51:37 +0000 UTCWhen Saber first appeared he said Assasin was as nimble as "Locksey" aka Robin Hood and when he used excalibur we heard the roar of a lion

2026-01-24 19:46:27 +0000 UTCYeah so Hercules is an Archer here, but he has avenger aspects. He is not a full avenger. He's a double summon just like Semiramis who is assassin but has caster properties. Extra classes do not get summoned in holy Grail wars. At least they're not supposed to.

2026-01-24 19:31:27 +0000 UTCHappy to hear your thought about this episode! It was very interesting to hear your theory about the class of the newly summoned heroic spirits. As a Hercules hype fan I was soooo overjoyed about the archer class Hercules !!! This show was more than I expected and hope this will continue!

2026-01-24 18:41:21 +0000 UTCThis comment does not contain spoilers. 1. The thrid Holy Grial War they talk about is probably the same as in the main timeline. And where this work deverges from other... probably 300 AD, since it's a mix of Fate and Tsukihime worlds. And it was back in 300 AD where the timeline divided into those two. 2. Yeah, Alcides is wild. Berserker is actually the weakest class in where you can summon Heracles.

2026-01-24 18:25:32 +0000 UTCThe roles have reversed in this universe. Before it was heracles who has to protect illya while fighting gil. Now it is gil who has to protect tine against alcides
