New: Light Animations
3D Lights now support the "Torch", "Pulse", and "Chroma" animations
note: in 3D Canvas the Chroma animation will interpolate between the 2 colors you have set in the 3D Tab of the light configuration, instead of creating the "Rainbow Effect" that core foundry does.
Keep in mind that the parameters i have access to on 3D Lights are limited, so the rest of the lights animation will most likely never be implemented, instead use one of the supported ones + a particle effect :)
