Outside of Lord El-Melloi II Reines only appears in Fate/Grand Order (Game) and makes a little cameo at the end of Fate/Apocrypha. She's not a recurrent character like the Aozaki sisters or Artoria.

2025-09-27 02:18:06 +0000 UTCI know Reines appears in various games. Does she appear in any other Fate-related anime besides this one? The El-Melloi II Case Files remind me a teeny bit of Ancient Magus Bride (UK setting, sometimes scummy sorcerers, fairies and what not lurking in the shadows, episodic structure investigating magical cases, and the pairing of an older male master and a younger female apprentice with special powers). Other elements are very different of course - the master rather than the student being the main character, and whole Fate and Mages Association background.
