Gray had an unexpectedly cool transformation scene! Good point about the hairstyle. Very nice quality battle/magic scene, and the undead magus was a neat character design well-animated. Given that little handclasp between Mary and her maid, I suspect that part of Mary's motivation was ending the abuse that Waver speculated the maid had suffered. (It's also possible they were lovers, I suppose.)

Zelretch have been around at least for 3,000 years. We know that because he was one of Solomon's 72 disciples. Almost everything we know about Zelretch is because of the materials. Is rare for him to appear in something. Even so he is one of the top 5 most important characters in lore for the Nasuverse.
