I just had to pause the video @ 20:28 and come back here to say....this shite is unforgivably hyped!!! This is now the furthest I've gotten in the series, and the anime and these awesome comments from fans are making me wanna drop everything and check out the manga!

2025-06-23 05:34:49 +0000 UTCOne key difference between EMIYA and Illya is that EMIYA is unfortunately a third rate mage that always struggles with mana, and Illya being the grail and having an insane amount of circuits means she have the mana to do things that is impossible/very difficult for EMIYA.

2025-06-14 22:53:56 +0000 UTCThere we go, now it feels like we can actually begin, to remember that while this is Prisma Illya, this is also a Fate series. Saber Alter doesn't say Excalibur Morgan anywhere until FGO happened, so that they weren't literally just reusing normal Saber's NP in another character, in both Prisma and Heaven's Feel it's still just Excalibur. EMIYA's skills aren't fully shown in UBW or HF, still missing some stuff about how it works and why it's strong. He does say that he could make Excalibur when he first uses UBW in the series, though using it would destroy the Reality Marble and everyone caught in it. I think nothing you've seen EMIYA do is quite as strong as Illya's Excalibur here in pure power scale though yeah. As for the outfit and everything going on with Rin's transformation, without going into detail I will just say that this series is not the first appearance of any of that.
