Man, I forget that this episode is where Karane's super strength is established. It WILL matter moving forward. Every girlfriend has their own obscenely over the top quirk, but also a specialty that brings active value to the Rentaro Family. Btw, Rentaro Family is the official name as of this episode. 13:15 I actually tear up an unreasonable number if times throughout this anime. The hopeless romantic in me has zero resistance to this shite. 20:35 There is the whole "If you don't choose her, she dies" thing, but would that still apply I'm the even of a break up AFTER she has been accepted? Interesting question. 25:45 According to Gigguk's video, at around 150 chapters, there was 26 girlfriends so far. Apparently, the mangaka is fully intent on getting all 100 girls accounted for, so this manga could be one of the seriously lengthy one. I have actually been putting off reading it because either I'm not in a comedy mood or I get anxious about reading ahead because I'm concerned with how emotional I might end up getting, who knows how many times. Everyone needs emotional release and whatnot, but sincere, empathetic romance is my kryptonite.
