I mean, how many losers have we seen in animes losing their shite and stuttering like a Model T on its last legs every time they try to call a girl by her given name every once? It certainly seems like you don't use a first name unless you know that you have that good a connection. It would be even more ballsy to just say "Anna." You'll notice that they already call each other by their last names without honourifics.
