Your confusing public snd privste school public school is free but they are in a elite provate school thats why it has dorms and 100+ clubs Even in europe their is private schools Most europe has public schools but they not as high qoulity as private ones this is just one those private schools if u cant oay you go to the free public school but this school seems be specialised as shown by the fact they take special courses instead of a general coriculem
