Is there a chance to get the Version 18 somehow? I missed it somehow completely and its the only one missing :/

2025-06-02 08:03:57 +0000 UTCI haven't really been paying attention to much, but I am now and am confused with Update 19 coming before update 18. I do notice that 19 is labeled WIP. Does this mean 18 is complete with no bugs or anything while 19 is kind of a beta version?
