The way it works now, you only receive rewards for posts you have been charged for. I'm afraid you pledged after I already posted the set, so you weren't charged and didn't receive the rewards. It will be available as a $5 e-junkie download within a week though, you will also receive all rewards for any new posts from now on. Hope that clears things up. :]
