I... I admit I never watched that anime. I don't watch anime nearly as much as a few years ago and only watch a couple a year now. That one was not on my list. 😭

2025-01-23 15:07:46 +0000 UTCHonestly, just to be clear; I think the strong lighting coming up from the floor was a good effect in and of itself, highlighting Akatsuki against it. What I do think is that maybe Akatsuki's puddles could have been shaded differently, somehow, to remain visible atop the big pink paw; darkened or some such. Those little puddles are a trademark of yours, at this point, and I just thought it was a pity they weren't visible!

2025-01-22 23:52:52 +0000 UTCI remembered how much you all loved the effect I had in the "Belly Dancer Hibiki" video and decided to kinda bring it back. It worked so well with the opening! And I agree with you on the stage issue. I didn't realize it was an issue until the whole thing was rendered. However, I decided it wasn't a huge enough issue to warrant re-rending a quarter of the video all over again. Please forgive me!

2025-01-22 22:38:40 +0000 UTCPhew, those first few seconds of her silhouetted body against the backlight; the glowing of her eyes; then that momentary glimpse of the soft light against her back from a different angle; it all made for a delightful appetizer of what was to come! I wonder if that kind of lighting effect could be used for a transition mid-song, as well; perhaps used to remove clothing under the guise of darkness. I will say that the bright pink cat-paw on the floor, while a lovely source of lighting, came with one downside; not being able to track just how much sweet nectar Akatsuki had already leaked out in moments prior. But plenty of attention was given to it just the same, so it's a tradeoff I'm willing to accept.
