New Item Rotation Feature
We've made a significant update to how items are handled in the game. You can now rotate items by pressing 'R' while holding them. This allows for more precise placement, and the items will lock into their rotated position when set down. If you drop an item into an equippable slot, it will automatically adjust to the upright position. Importantly, the rotational state of each item is saved when you save and load your game, ensuring a seamless experience.
Resolution Scaling Improvements
For those playing on ultra-wide monitors (wider than 16:9), we've improved how the screen scales. Rather than continuing to stretch the content, the game will now expand the side margins. This ensures that the gameplay area remains visually balanced and consistent, no matter the screen size.
Upcoming Graphics Options
We're excited to announce that we're adding a new range of graphics settings to enhance performance and visual quality:
Quality/Graphics Options: Players will soon be able to toggle settings such as texture quality, texture streaming, anti-aliasing, vsync, and render resolution through a new menu. These options will help optimize the game for a variety of hardware specifications.
