5 Commission slots opened for patrons!

So some unexpected health costs came up and in order to help pay for it I'm opening up 5 commission slots to patrons only. If you're at all interested in having me draw something sexy for you I've set up a google form for you to fill out.
Please read through it thoroughly and fill out all the required information.
I will review the forms and If you're chosen I will send you an email confirming details and payment info and such.
