There are now new items that contain attachments, attachments are marked by this pink gear icon at the bottom right of the inventory item:

The Eyes can be equipped with brows:

The Dong can be equipped with attachments:

And the Pussy can be equipped with attachments as well.

Some of the functionality of the attachments, will need additional time to implement.
