I used to work in Chinatown and got lots of great Vietnamese and Taiwanese food, but where do you recommend for exceptional Chinese food?

My cousin Vinny gets a lot of credit for following courtroom procedure but a Vinny seems like a guy who wants to be a lawyer but hadnt finished law school. Mitch is young but knows the law.
