Brixel 1.8 - Decorations and Combat Update

Dear Patrons!

We would like to announce that Brixel Update 1.8 is now live! 

The new update brings a handful of new decoration blocks, as a continuation of the "Decorations" series. But what makes this version extra special is that, besides from Decorations, we are also bringing the "Combat" theme! The long anticipated Brixel Armor is finally here! :)

You can download your version of the pack from the posts tagged as "Download - latest". Please make sure that you follow the installation instructions, so that the pack can work properly.

A little reminder - the new SEUS PTGI HRR3 shader is still struggling with optimization, and the FPS is very low on most of the setups. This applies not only for Brixel but for all of the resource packs out there. This issue is beyond our control and we hope that Sonic Ether comes with a solution soon. In the meantime, we recommend to stick to BSL, as Brixel looks clean and crisp with this shader as well!

As you can see in the screenshots provided, our skilled armorers have been working hard day and night to forge full sets of equipment, ready to be proven in combat! Utilizing the most advanced techniques and materials, they've managed to create Brixel Armor, representing the highest level craftsmanship. Some say that Brixels give better protection than pixels! :)

Brixel Armor comes in following variants: Leather, Iron, Gold, Diamond and Netherite. It can be put on the new Armor Stand.

For those who prefer to spend their time on reading rather than fighting, we are bringing custom Brixel models books! Make sure to take a closer look at the different types of books, as they differ in details (quill, magical and non-magical font, etc).

Some new decoration blocks like Purpur, Prismarine or Ice have finally made it into Brixel in the new update.
