1000 Patrons goal reached!

Dear Patrons!

Today is a big day, as the project has reached a major milestone: 1000 Patrons! 😊

Brixel has also gone viral on the internet and many of the major gaming websites are talking about the pack! This resulted that many new fans have joined our ranks recently! I’m also happy to see that majority of Patrons decide to stay and support the project, which is a great thing!

An interesting fact is that due to the incredible support from you guys, the brand “Wabbabrick” has reached a “Hot Creator” award for July, having one of the best growths this month on Patreon. It’s also ranked 103rd in category “Games” on the whole Patreon. Exciting numbers! 😊

All of this wouldn’t be possible without the great support from my fantastic Patrons! Big cheers to each single of you for being a part of this wonderful journey! 😊

But what happens now? Well, there are some exciting news to announce.

As mentioned in the goal, after reaching 1000 Patrons, I was planning to start building a team of professionals for the project.

This process is already happening, as I would like to introduce you to my partner:

Meet Marius - professional VFX artist. Using advanced tools created exclusively for Brixel, he will take care of texturing new blocks, delivering the highest quality possible. You can already check a sneak peek of his work in this post’s video – he created the new obsidian blocks!

Together, we will now work as Team Wabbabrick!

Team Wabbabrick would like to share with you some plans for the future:

We are working on developing some advanced tools that will allow us to make new content more efficient. There will be numerous updates with various themes, until the pack is 100% done.

What is more, in a later stage of the project (5000 Patrons), besides from creating and enhancing Brixel for Minecraft Java Edition, we will also start making Brixel for Minecraft Bedrock Edition, with RTX support from Nvidia. There were numerous requests about that already. This would be a breakthrough that would allow even more people to play Brixel, and make setup process a lot easier.
