Regarding the Patreon/Itchio recent issues.

Hello folks, some of you had some recent issues with claiming stuff, the API is not working as they are supposed to in some cases so I decided to change some kinds of stuff. Apparently, it's on specific assets/situations that we are having these issues:

To avoid these problems, I talked with the Patreon support to learn how the shop works and looks like it will fit the purpose quite well. I will be, then, using more the Patreon Shop which I will put more assets and you guys can claim it, as always (And also I have plans in the future for Patreon exclusive Assets). But I do have a question which I want to get at least some opinions on:

Do you folks prefer I put each asset on the shop, like itchio, so you can claim each one separately and after some time you cannot claim it anymore, like the way it works currently,

Or do you would prefer a "Monthly pack", that you would claim once per month and get everything released in that month at once, for example. You always would receive access to the new months assets as long as you are a Patron of the Dev tier or Supporter.

Of course in both options the supporter tier would receive something extra, and everything you claim you can download anytime through the Patreon Purchase tab.

I wonder if there are tools for this. Minifantasy works this way: DM every month with a key to claim the pack on itch.

Yeah, this is the ideal, I prefer itchio too, but for a lot of people its not really working, So I'm having to manually create keys and provide so its not good on the long run.

I prefer separated packs, so that I can know easily on Itch what I have or don’t have. Sometimes creators make «all in one» packs (not bundles) so I just have to remember that even though I don’t see a specific pack as owned, I do have the assets from the other one. So if it’s easier for you to do one monthly pack, then I’ll be fine. The key thing is that I prefer having packs claimed on itch, so that I can always download them independently of my patreon account.
